This project rebuilds Vaultpay's onboarding and money-transfer experience end to end. The goal is to reduce sign-up drop-off, make sending money feel effortless, and deliver a documented, production-ready UI that engineering can ship without rework.

In scope

  • KYC & wallet onboarding (identity, funding)
  • Transfer flow redesign (send, request, status)
  • Error, empty & pending states
  • Starter payments component library

Out of scope:

  • New currencies & FX
  • Ledger & settlement logic
  • Marketing landing pages

Expected Outcomes

  • Reduce onboarding drop-off from 38% → 20%
  • Complete a transfer in 3 taps (down from 6)
  • Deliver production-ready UI for the MVP build
  • Enable dev handoff without design rework loops
